Profiles that stay visible without a recent confirmation
A profile whose availability has not been confirmed for fifteen days stays in the directory, with the date it was last confirmed.

4Offering an assignment from the directory
Attached to a published assignment, in limited numbers. The consultant accepts or ignores, and the company is not told they ignored it.
Anonymous names you can say out loud
Instead of numbers: "Consultant 4229" reads like a serial number.
Paying your subscription online
By card, with no email exchange and no purchase order.
Day rates by role
The medians of declared day rates, published as soon as there are enough consultants for them to mean something.
