Surely at some point this starts costing money?
No. Being free on the consultant's side is not a launch offer, it is what makes the model hold together. A platform that charges both sides ends up having to choose between them.
So how do you make money?
Companies pay a monthly subscription to post assignments and get in touch with you. A flat price, with no link to your day rate or to the number of assignments you win.
Is my data used for anything else?
Your day rate feeds the market rates, anonymously and in aggregate. Nothing else leaves the platform, and nothing is sold on.
Can I leave and take my data with me?
Yes. Your skills profile exports as a PDF, and deleting your account genuinely erases your profile, your applications and your messages.

Prices exclude VAT. The yearly plan is paid upfront for twelve months; the monthly plan can be cancelled at any time.
Assignments, applications, conversations: unlimited everywhere, from the first paid plan onwards. What changes from one plan to the next is the depth of the service: the market data, the search across the database, the number of users. The one thing that is bounded is reading consultant profiles, and it is bounded to protect consultants from being harvested, never to sell you a plan.

How do we pay?
By card, on the site. No invoice on terms, no purchase order, no supplier onboarding pack.
Are there any usage limits?
Assignments, applications and conversations are unlimited on the paid plans. Reading consultant profiles is the one thing that is bounded, and it is bounded to protect consultants from being harvested: a directory you can vacuum up in full is no longer a directory, it is a list. The bound is not there to sell you a plan.
Do you charge a commission if I take someone on?
Never. Not when the contract is signed, not during the assignment, not if you extend it. You contract directly with the consultant.
Can I post if I am an agency or a consultancy?
No. Only the company where the assignment runs may post it, and that is checked when you sign up. It is the rule everything else rests on.
And if I do not find anyone?
You cancel, with no fee and no notice. The Discovery plan lets you post and read the applications free of charge, as often as you need.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your assignments and conversations stay available until the account is deleted, which you do yourself. Nothing is kept after that.
