Calytis is looking for a Generative AI / LLM Expert to support one of its major clients in the social protection sector on a strategic project to industrialise artificial intelligence within its IT department.

Your mission

You will work on an ambitious project aimed at sustainably integrating artificial intelligence across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), in order to improve team productivity, code quality and process automation.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design and industrialise generative AI solutions integrated into software development processes.
• Develop and deploy AI agents, intelligent workflows and solutions based on LLMs and RAG.
• Automate the generation of specifications, technical documentation, code reviews and tests.
• Integrate AI solutions into CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps environments.
• Define quality, security and governance standards for AI solutions.
• Set up indicators to measure productivity gains, quality and tool adoption.
• Support technical teams in adopting and industrialising these new practices.

Your expertise

You have solid, hands-on expertise in generative AI, combined with an excellent understanding of software development environments.

Expected skills:

• Strong command of LLM architectures, AI agents, prompt engineering and RAG approaches.
• Expertise in SDLC industrialisation and development process automation.
• Excellent knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD and automated quality controls (Quality Gates).
• Expertise in the Azure DevOps environment.
• Ability to design robust, secure and maintainable architectures.
• Experience in scoping, steering and coordinating complex technical projects.
