Freelance assignment - Project management
We are looking for a freelancer able to steer several production projects with method, autonomy and a collaborative mindset, from the initial brief through to delivery.
The assignment
Within Passage du Désir Production, you will take charge of the organisation and operational follow-up of projects, working closely with internal teams, partners and suppliers. Your role: turn needs into clear action plans, secure deadlines and ensure smooth coordination through to delivery.
Your responsibilities
Gather requirements, scope objectives, deliverables, priorities and milestones.
Build and maintain schedules, backward planning and tracking tools.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and organise progress meetings.
Anticipate risks, trade-offs and dependencies, then propose concrete solutions.
Track budgets, quotes, orders and administrative aspects related to projects, according to the scope assigned.
Ensure the quality of deliverables, compliance with deadlines and smooth circulation of information.
Draft meeting minutes, decisions, next steps and project reviews.
Profile sought
Proven experience in project management, ideally within a production, creative, events, retail, communication or content environment.
Excellent organisation, ability to handle several topics in parallel and to prioritise.
Clear communication, service-oriented mindset and ease with a wide range of stakeholders.
Autonomy, reliability, responsiveness and a taste for problem-solving.
Proficiency with collaborative and project management tools; ability to quickly get to grips with new tools.
What will make the difference A structured but not rigid person, comfortable in contexts where priorities evolve, able to keep an overall view while following the details that move a project forward.
